In 2018-2022 I discovered a new way of work. At the time, I was the newly appointed boss, and the team were in chaos. But in just 6 months we started to win. And we continued to win, over and over again. All this both before and during the pandemic. It was a different game during the pandemic, but it was the same team, and the same results.

now we get everyone onboard and excited with a 4-hour session describing why what we are doing matters, and the team is trained on how we will implement.

experiments are put into action! i.e. new techniques & methods tested without commitment, judgment, or excess time & money spent.

REVIEW

each experiment will end with a decision - to keep, to drop or to change. These decisions will be consolidated in a Playbook report
